Dubya doesn't seem to be particularly concerned about public
opinion, here or elsewhere.  He effectively has complete control
of the Ministry of Truth now, and can actually take control and
claim it's necessary for 'homeland security'.

Can anybody remember the word 'homeland' being used prior
to 9/11/2001?
