In fact, that is not recommended - IBM has too much buggy code in their 
installers for that.  ;)

To a far lesser degree, in my opinion.  At least it isn't called CMD.EXE 
without being compatible with it, like JdeBP's CMD.

However, the one thing that bugs me the most is that moving directories 
doesn't work right (it does with OS/2's and even XP's CMD!).  4NT and 4DOS 
suffer from the same "feature."
