The water in the glue may cause the screw to rust, which could bleed out onto
the finish. Epoxy would work, but you'd never get the screw back out, so
that's not a good idea either.

Next time you change your strings, take the clipping from the A or D string,
clip a couple of pieces about an inch long, stick them into the screw hole,
cut them flush with the body, and run the screw back in. The windings will
grab the threads on the screw and bite into the wood.
