All,
I am hawking for business on the Internet and it is only a matter of 
time before I get some work.

My question:
At what point does the govt/tax dept get involved in a transaction 
like this?
To aid discussion here are the mechanics:
I pick up text from a client (from any country). I send them an almost 
completed hypertext file. They send me money and I send them the file.

Any ideas? Am I an exporter deserving subsidy?
