After all these years using OS/2 I finally encountered a situation were=20 I cannot boot to the desktop. The startup folder appears then closes=20 and there is a little disk activity then it hangs with the blue screen=20 and only a movable cursor showing. This is a fairly new install that I am still adding to and fine tuning=20 so I have not setup a backup strategy or archives of the wps etc. If it=20 makes any difference I was trying to get sound working and had rebooted=20 a couple of time when this happened. Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this without using the archive=20 of the original install or re installing? Thanks, Jim ------------------------ Yahoo!
