Sure seems to me those selling upgrades owe some refunds.  And
Lotus should start shipping the upgrades to already registered
users ASAP, since they are already being shipped to distributors.
Unfortunately Lotus has done everything they could to delay giving
me a straight answer on this issue.  They did say they would
"snail" mail some paper to me next month.  I'll be calling Lotus
at 1-800-343-5414 again tomorrow to see what they have to say about
this advertisement.  I may Fax it (back) to them.
