Why not ? You are trying to channel and they probably think it is a
good idea if you channel them. If they are getting close then it is
obvious that you haven't set up appropriate psychic protection.
If a teacher taught you to channel but not about psychic protection
then they are obviously incompetent and should cease teaching until
they learn more themselves.     :-)

Patience. If you don't learn to do things properly then you may well
have negative phenomena occur physically.

Where should they go ? Next door ? To your enemies house ? Why are you
doing channelling if you don't know something as elementary as doing a
"spirit rescue" ?

Why should it ? Spirit people can follow you wherever you go.

Of course. Why would negative entities want you getting positive
guidance ?

Would you expect someone who has had one drawing lesson to be 
able to draw a masterpiece ? How many years have you been 
channelling ? How competent is your teacher ? Etc. etc.

If you expect to have negative spirits leave you alone without your
doing things properly then it sure sounds like it.
It is very simple. If you have not got your "protection" properly set
up, and working, then you don't channel.   :-)
