I had this problem with Telemate and Pauls board, and we never found the
problem.  Remember that one Paul?  The only way around it was to cancel
the transfer and try again, it always worked OK the second time.
Sometimes it wouldn't happen if I went into other menus of the bbs
before uploading the .rep file.
