That would depend on how one questions.

I think the only time I ever routed mail through my NC is when I was the
NC. As for the accuracy of listing, you can establish whether it complies
with the applicable standards.

Since you appear to have a dial-up connection to the Internet, you could
make the necessary connections.:-) As for your downlinks paying for your
Internet connection, I wish you well.:-) :-)

When I last looked, 432 appeared to be in technical compliance other than
the fact he uses a baud rate of "9600" instead of
"300". If his fully qualified domain name (FQDN),
nervionbbs.dnsq.org, is accurate is his problem -- if it isn't, he gets no
mail.
