Every country has the right to control its border.  My point is this is
completely different from building a all to stop people from leaving the
country.  We can speculate forever on the effectiveness of this fence.  I
don't know, I know it can't be any worse then a completely open border.
Living on an island, I guess you wouldn't understand. 

But I believe it is very disingenuous to compare it to the Berlin Wall as
Phil was attempting.  You clearly see the difference, but feel it will fail
as others had.  Time will tell.
