 He can just join the same club I belong to. I didn't get a chance to
 buy a house until olI was 45 but found one with a Second almost full
 sized double garage. The former owner had a motorcycle shop in there.
Well it is FULL of my JUNK. In fact so much I hardly have any room for
more in it. Incidently you cannot get a Car in the other garage either.
