-> YES! Go to Speller, hit Edit Supplemental

Yeah, I saw the book, but I still don't know what it's talking about.
Ok. I have a WP document with a TON of medical terms. I call it
Medical.Sup so when I go to the speller, hit the edit Supplemental, you
mean I put the file name in the area that says word/phrase with
alternatives? I don't want to add a new word individually--I want
ALL words in that file put in there.
Now if I have to put in alternative words for every single
medical term, I'd be in that spell check for the next 50 years.
Is there a way to incorporate the Medical.Sup so that the alternative
words would also have what is in Medical.Sup showing on the screen?
You see what I mean?
Thanks
