But I thought according to Phil, all were destroyed in 1993.  Clearly that
isn't true and while these weapons are clearly not those that we were
looking for in Iraq, it is just as clear that they were not destroyed as
Phil has been saying for years. And years of inspections failed to find
what Saddam wanted to hide.
