welcome surcease from Presidential visit-sorrow.  When Clinton or
Shrub-pere was at the UN, the entire East Side became useless for
two-thirds of a business day.

Now the only time we see the Fourth Panzer Army of Suburbans is the
convening of the General Assembly.
