RM> Sure, in an "I don't want to face reality as it really is", kinda way.
RM> ;) I think it is a cop-out, but that is only my opinion. Sorry if it
RM> sounded too slammy.
DB> Not at all. accepting reality for what it *appears* to be has led

DB> If one accepts the religious notion that it is all god's plan, it

If God is on the PHIL echo, and has not yet acquired a HOLODECK,
I'm sure He's having one built in his garden. Your contribution to
His options would not go unnoticed.
DB> The holodeck has a lotta flexibility in what facts are presented

Your expanding introduction of the "HOLODECK" (specific OR metaphor)
concept onto the PHIL echo has created (for those so prone to see it
MORE than just a phantasy box) a central reference to explore most any
idea within and against. For me it "STARTS OUT" as an "everything-is-
relative" machine; for others, pushing other program keys, it could be
most anyway they wish .....or wish to be surprized by..! My only
question might be whether we would ever become smart enough to design
an honest OVERLOAD circuit for it.

DM> ... Your easing of historical complexity is truly warming....!
DB> I stole it from Neitzsche. ;)
Could you just imagine our lil' Freddy running around half naked
& half mad on "Holodeck 5" with his mama trying to catch him before
he pushed any Aryan program buttons ... ???
