In your filearea.ctl where each msg is defined change the upload directory to 
say what
you want!
Example:
FileArea 2
        ACS             Demoted
        Desc            FREE FILES 
        Download        d:\maxfiles\sysop\
        Upload          d:\files\upload\
End FileArea
