You don't know what you're talking about. The local press, unlike the
slanted Reuters quote, said 1)that the 2 individuals were harassing the
other patrons, and 2)that a couple of dozen people wearing the same shirt
were protesting at the same mall a few days prior and were
*not* arrested.
Also, Crossgates Mall is not a "public place" but private
property and there is plenty of legal precedent to back that distinction
up.
