A user has sent us a modified projects macro, that includes the following
changes:
- modified to load to "last" history if e32 is loaded with no arguments.
-  puts you in "select project mode".

I am not a heavy user of the projects macro, so I am asking for help from
those of you who use the projects macro.
If you autoload the projects macro, can you vote yes or no on the following
suggested change?  Please send your reply via email, and I will post a
summary to the list.  If you do not autoload the projects macro, please do
not vote on this change.
