why not, those are part of cellular are they not? its not like were asking 
how to change esn's or grab pairs out of the air. 
it get boring after a while listining to people talk about how much they pay 
per minute for their service.
and while on that subject i saw an interesting article in digital time 
magazine (july or august issue) about the increased use of cloned phones by 
criminals to avoid being traced and tapped as they might be is they were 
using a land line.
