Fox News is the official news channel of the US Government.

By way of illustration, let me say that I heard a small bit of Victoria
Clark (assistant to Donald Rumsfeld) on "60 Minutes" tonight. She
was talking about embedded reporters being a "non-spin zone". 
One of Fox's talk show hosts call his show a "no-spin zone".

I believe that there is a lot of interaction between Fox and the Bush
Administration and that administration officials use Fox to push their
viewpoint.  Fox people seem to relish their role as government spokesmen.
