Hi Lee. I posted a reply to you, and I thought that we had an
understanding. Now, you go slinging insults. Today, I spoke to the
director of the Tucson center, whom I have known for 25 years. His take
was that the State approached the V. A., not the other way round, and
discussions were held, but nothing was agreed to. The reason that I
referred to this as a strawman is because I have been above board about my
sources, but those who would attack my credibility have not been willin to
disclose theirs, even to me privately.

message, I get nocked off the system. I wrote to Andy about the situation
here in Arizona where the rehab and V.A. wer talking about putting some non
vet blind in their training center. If that isn't renting out their center
to make money, I''ll eat the hat I don't ware. Seems like some people would
take a look at what's happening before they go talking about things they
don't have the correct informatin on. As I told Andy, I don't have the
results of the talks, but the rehab folks said they took place.
