Myself and others told you as much when it was first envisioned. I don't
blame you for trying, human nature dictates that those in power will not
/willingly/
give up such power. It's a hard lesson to learn, join the crowd, some of us
learned this lesson long ago in Fidonet.  :(

Don't forget Ward is at the top of the power chain. He fought hard and long
to get to his position, as evidenced by his constant attacks on Satti to
get there years ago. He not going to seriously take a step in the direction
of giving /his/ power to the sysops, he fought to get it and won't
willingly give it up. Human nature, unfortunately for many of the Fidonet
sysop.
