I have their damn brouchure.  Unless they advertise skyrocketed rates, which
I would doubt they would want to do.  Besides, if you made 2 15 seconds calls
you would still be billed for 2 minutes anyways, they have a minimum 1 minute
per call on outgoing calls, only after the first minute does it drop down
to a per second billing.
... Those without heads do not need hats.
