Even a lot of simplification, it would be difficult, if not impossible, to come up
with a million legitimately.

Assume 100 files per drawer, 4 drawers per cabinet = 400 files per cabinet. You'd
still have 2500 cabinets to count.

Okay, say there were 25 cabinets in a row. That's 100 rows of cabinets.

The only thing that's not an assumption above is the number of drawers in a
cabinet. That's pretty much a standard sized cabinet. Otherwise, some
cabinets may
be empty, there could be rows which do not have as many cabinets, or the
sample cabinet has a high count.
