Check out yer phone book on this... You don't have to say nothin' bout
any recording device! We brought the tapes, the phone book, and a tape
player to court... The oposition was mumbling... They can't use that in
court... After showing the judge page 26 of the Manitowoc (AT&T) phone
book he allowed the tapes to be played and we won the case!
The phone book stated that as long as 1 of the parties knew the call was
being recorded and was a particapant in the call, and the call diden't
cross state lines (interstate call) it can be recorded and used any way
you wish as long as it was used in full from end to end... No dubs no
cuts... complete.

You forgot # of people & weapons (registered) and much much more... In
yer case they'd also know yer a HAM...
They even blert the info to the responding squads... In some cases...
