The situation regarding Jamal is one of those "damned if you do, damned if
you don't" situations for the Federation leadership. If they keep him out,
they're seen as cold and unforgiving. If they let him back in, they're
seen as wishy washy. Like Harvey, I can't understand why Jamal would want
back in, but he obviously does. I feel that Jamal is a bright young man
who has alot to contribute to any organization to which he belongs. If
Jamal and the Federation leadership have arrived at an agreement which all
can live with, then the board was correct in their decision.
