WORLD TRADE CENTERS ASSOCIATION
SELECTS USA GLOBAL LINK
FOR INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE

TAIPEI, Taiwan, Nov 3, 1994 ---The World Trade Centers Association (WTCA)
has selected USA Global Link to provide low-cost international
telecommunications service to all world trade centers and their members
outside the United States. WTCA represents 283 World Trade Centers in 86
nations with over 400,000 members.

WTCA President Guy F. Tozzoli said that Fairfield, Iowa- based USA Global
Link will provide its members with innovative services and some of the
lowest telecommunications costs in the world. The review process included
careful evaluation of AT&T, MCI, Sprint and other long distance companies.
Tozzoli announced this service at the WTCA's 25th Silver Jubilee General
Assembly recently in Taipei.

USA Global Link Chairman and CEO, Christopher Hartnett, addressed the WTCA
assembly on telecommunications advances. He outlined current technology
whereby overseas customers can obtain a free U.S. dial tone to make
international calls at 20-70 percent below their host-government-telephone-
system's charges.

Hartnett said that existing international telephone traffic totals nearly
45 billion minutes per year at prices ranging from $1 to $4-50 per minute,
many times the cost of providing this service. Major telecommunications
capacity additions worldwide, computer advances and U.S.-based competition
are driving down rates in a market growing 20 percent per year. Hartnett
said the WTCA relationship will establish USA Global Link as the first truly
global telecommunications company, with a professional local sales force and
offices in every major capital city in the world.

"Members of then World Trade Centers Association recognise the vital
importance of telecommunications to the conduct of international trade,"
Hartnett said. "Discount telecom services are introducing the fresh air of
competition into formerly monopolistic markets. By opening these markets, we
are laying the foundation for global competition on the much-discussed
information highway of the future."

USA Global Link provides deep discount worldwide telecommunications over
fibre-optic lines, transmission facilities and switching systems of major
international carriers. It began operations in 1992, is growing 300 percent
per year and projects 1994 revenues at $90 million. USA Global Link offers
international callback, freephone and other services to 112 nations on six
continents. In addition to the WTCA, it's clients include respected
international manufacturers, law firms, accounting firms, banks, airlines,
Interpol, the United Nations and U.S. government agencies.
