Yeah but I can't tackle anything that requires too  much work
or I mess myself up.

Slow and easy gets it done here.
Than too it was one of those all in one jobbers, you know, scanner,
copier and LASER printer.
I'd have had to do considerable net research to figure it all out.

OTOH it was old enough my copy of Linux would have had no trouble 
with drivers for it.
