As it sits at v1.50 ATP _only_ works with QWK packets. It is a
databased OLR that will maintain all messages until you delete
them or the directories that the messages are stored in. ATP
will gladly resurrect the directory for the next QWK packet.
It is a reasonably fault tolerant application.

ATP compiles for several OS including Linux as does MultiMail.
