China is North Korea's *only* supplier of oil. IIRC, China recently
experienced some 'technical difficulties' with the oil pipeline that runs
into North Korea. Said 'difficulties' caused a noticeable interruption in
the flow. The 'difficulties' weren't fixed until after the North Korean
government decided to behave. Amazing coincidence, that.....
