I use MultiMail on an XP system... note that there are a number of versions
of Multimail-- DOS and Win32 versions, and it may take some experimentation
to get one that works to his satisfaction.

(I also had SLMR working without too many problems-- he may need to
right-click on the icon, and fiddle with its properties).

In both cases, try fresh installs.

William McBrine , developer of
MultiMail, has been very patient about supporting me to get MM up and
running to my satisfaction... but to save him extra hassle, maybe get your
user to email me directly... if I can help him, I will.
