I stole it from Neitzsche. ;)
I might add that atrocity included the Nazi; where I think he was
different was in their lack of foresight. Had the Nazis offerred
to sell the lives of those in the prison camps to any liberal or
democratic government, FOB, rather than gassing them, they would
have presented the USA with a severe moral dilemma, making critics
put up or shut up about how valuable human life is.
No Nazi claimed his orders came from God. Nor, in MHO, did any of
the Nazis understand the effect guilt would have on them, making
them blind to possibilities like above, and blind to the lameness
of their excuses. I think Friedrich well understood the guilt the
Ubermench would have to face for his taking and using power, and I
don't see any evidence in Nazi or white supremacist propaganda of
that awareness, nor how to deal with it.
Neitzsche would never have sanctioned the dehumanization and the
demonization of undesireables; after all, the human race is bad
enough as it is. there was no need. If the Ubermench is truely a
better form, it does not need to put down earlier forms.
