However in this case this would make no sense since it's perfectly 
allright if Watcom change something with their compilers - I guess
they _have_ to change a little something - how else could they change
the version number from 9.5 to 10.0 :-)
The only problem we have with Guidelines is that they (of course) won't
deliver the sources for their libs so they get heavily dependent on 
the compilers they want to support.
