I'm sticking with cable. Teksavvy offers cable access and unlimited for
about 70/month with the current speed I'm at now (30d/5u). I stay away
from dsl as the lines in the apartment building here are 40 years at
best.

True, as long as it's reliable and I can reach someone if there is a
problem without sitting on hold for an hour I'm happy.
