patch please! i'm currently running "binkd/1.1a-99/Linux binkp/1.1" freshly 
compiled from the repo in the last few days...

i'm guessing this setting will also show up in the settings dump via "binkd 
-v"?

i actually took some time and scanned over the code to try to figure out where 
this would be inserted... i'm just not a C/C++ coder so some of these types of 
things are just beyond my capabilities... i probably should have used grep and 
hunted down "VER" instead of stumbling through trying to follow the code 
flow...
