Before 1958, the Del Ray was a 210 with a sporty interior. In 1957
the 210 came in 7 models. 2dr sedan, Sport coupe, Del Ray coupe, 4dr sedan,
Sport sedan, Townsman 6 passenger wagon, and Beauville 9 passenger wagon. I
believe the later was refered to as the B-210.

Actually it starts on the door.
Trivia question: Have you ever seen a 1957 150 Utility sedan? Who bought
them? What made them different than a 150 2dr sedan?
Trivia #2: How many different 283 V8 engine configurations were offered in
1957?
