If by sending in for the $40.00 I was losing my warranty on a $1500
computer I might.  Or, as someone else mentioned, If I needed the same
receipt for a $60 rebate on something else.
Actually, the $40 rebates are not the issue, it's the many many many more
for $1 to $5 that add up to Million$ when they're not cashed in.
