I sent Scott a message here on how he can put this to rest. I got the web
address of a search engine for Ohio Revised and Administrative Code from one
of
our Cadets who went to the full Ohio LE Academy. I've searched the site and
can only find Private Police in reference to the level of training Security
Guards receive for arming.
When you check the occupational licensing sections, they don't have any
reference to "Private Police" licensing. Nearest thing in the definitions is
"private patrolman".
