Hi Jim. I told Andy about the goings on here in Arizona where the VA talked 
with the rehab agency about placing non vet blinds here in their training 
center.  Aparently he ignored or did not read the mail.  That  kind of tactic 
reminds me of austriges.  They stick their heads in the sand, and don't care 
to know anything about what's going on around them.  The va has a reputation 
for not hiring many disabled people be they blind or otherwise.  The term 
(BED) I have never seen as an accounting term.  I have worked in hospitals, 
and residential facilities, and the term (BED) is a term used in a (MEDICAL 
MODEL) and not a training facility.  If Andy has any questions, he can check 
with people who know.  Nothing makes me  so upset as someone who sounds off 
on something they are not truly informned on, unless they say they state it 
as an opinion or a guess.  He is not doing that but he clearly does not know 
what he is talking about.  Well enough soap box for now.  I don't need to
