Everything worked fine until I tried my 16bit doors. None of them worked. They all worked when I was running WinServer on a Windows 2003 server, but I had installed the new WinServer onto a Windows 7/32bit computer. Long story short I had to NetWork Wildcat using the Windows Server 2003 as a workstation. Then ran wcOnline, and configured for my users to telnet into that server/workstation and now the games all work. Apparently Santronics uses MicroSoft VDD to run these games, but MicroSoft quit supporting VDD a long time ago. Any new OS starting I think with Vista will not run your 16bit door games. Apparently SSI has not revisted this issue since MicroSoft quit supporting VDD in its OS's. Games do work now. But instead of going to rdfig.net:1024, if you want to play the dos door games you telnet to wildcat.darktech.org on standard port and then you can play the games. See ya later. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5-> MM> * Origin: Inland Utopia (1:218/109) * Origin: Prison Board BBS Mesquite Tx //telnet.RDFIG.NET www. (1:124/5013) |
