SET MOZ_PLUGIN_PATH=

points to. At my systen that is ofr instance

SET MOZ_PLUGIN_PATH=C:\Internet\Instekers

Of course, if you hadn't taken proper action you'll be stuck in the 
mozilla directory tree.
