Well, I don't have the home page in front of me now but I remember that
I got the impression that PCB2HTM was needed to use APCB2HTM.

And since the home page also gave me the impression that PCB2HTM was
not free, I lost interest.

Maybe you should scrap everything on the home page that points to
PCB2HTM being shareware would give users another impression.
