Andg, are you reading your mail,  I told you specifically of an incident 
where the va was trying to contract for outside clients.  Mr gashel is quite 
correct when he sais what he sais.  If you would bother to check anything 
besides your own opinion you would realise it.  I that at first you wer just 
misinformed, but now I think you are deliberately ignoring the facts.  Wake 
up!!!
