Edition? If Chun Li gets a fireball move, then they are the same.  Also, if

 He's not in the game except the one screen.  Don't ya think everyone would  
know the code by now?  For example.. Alpha 2.  They found Evil Ryu 1 week  
after the game was released.  So it's safe to say Ryu is not playable or  
fightable in MSH.  (Just to let u know, I don't play MSH)
