Hi Richard, I don't know what's happening, but when I try to reply to this 
message, I get nocked off the system.  I wrote to Andy about the situation 
here in Arizona where the rehab and V.A. wer talking about putting some non 
vet blind in their training center.  If that isn't renting out their center 
to make money, I''ll eat the hat I don't ware.  Seems like some people would 
take a look at what's happening before they go talking about things they 
don't have the correct informatin on.  As I told Andy, I don't have the 
results of the talks, but the rehab folks said they took place.  
I had better sign off before this thing nocks me off again.
