I've tested your settings here on v2.00 running on XPPro and I still
can't duplicate your problem.

Was this happening for all users or just some? If you enable it again,
does it still do it?

Have you checked your userbase to make sure all phone numbers are
correctly formatted?

Did you use any userbase conversion utils to convert from previous bbs
software to Ezycom?
