| subject: | Watcom & Som |
Watcom very nicely includes everything you need to put together SOM C++ code. But I would much like to use the class browser in the IDE to see how things inter-relate. Anyone had luck using the "before" features in IDE to make the output of SC.EXE available to the browser? Also, looking at the Developers' Toolkit on the Watcom disk I noticed the ORIGINALS had MAKE (for the IBM Cset), while the ones we can put together have WMAKE. I really don't want to have to learn both make facilities to translate code from the example books (Christina Lau, Danforth et al, and GG24-4357) to work under Watcom. Any MAKE to WMAKE conversion guidelines or (even better) programs? ___ * MR/2 2.03 NR * Regardless of what you may think, this is NOT a tagline. --- Maximus/2 2.02* Origin: The Ozone Layer, Williston, VT.
