Rogers is cable ( they also operate cable tv, cell service, tv stations,
radio stations, magazines, and I have no idea what else they have their
fingers into these days). They are one of the biggest providers in
Canada.
I'm currently connected via 30/d & 5/u  although it does get spotty at
times with monthly downtime, modem resets, etc. Not to mention their
customer service is lousy, calling them takes an hour out of your day
while on hold. I'm looking to leave them come the end of January.
