 Thay have fairly locked down the engine Control computers nowdays. The
 day of a plug i nROM chip have past. But I have heard that there for
 some models some "Re-Programing" tricks that can be done.
OF coursae they are ALL Illegal in California. And also against FEDERAL
law btu most states don't enforce those and the Feds don't have the man
power.
Althogh it we would Enforce the Bumper Height Laws we would save quite
a few lives per year. But rthen it is only Humna Life and the LIBERALS
don't give a shit about that. The only Life they cry upon loosing is a
Rapist, Child Molester, or a Murder.
