Zoltan,
Did you have the boot devices set as above when trying to boot from the=20
floppy/CD? Or did you have:
1. Removable Device [Legacy Floppy]
2. ATAPI CD-ROM
3. Other Boot Device=20
etc....
If there is no bootable HD I think you will get the error and booting=20
will halt before it gets to the floppy or CD.=20
My OS/2 system has a DC-390U3 with an A7V333. For some reason I have:
1. Removable Device [Legacy Floppy]
2. Other Boot Device [INT18 Device (Network)]
3. None
4. None
I just tried setting Other Boot Device to (SCSI/Onboard ATA Boot Device),=20
but it wouldn't boot! Why I don't remember, it has been years since I set=
=20
this thing up - I keep telling myself to keep notes when setting up a PC!
Also remember that a SCSI CD will be booted by the Teckram Bios, so you=20
should not have ATAPI CD-ROM listed if your are trying to boot from a SCSI=
=20
CD.
